ROLDA is launching a critical Global Awareness Campaign to combat the high rates of dogs being exploited in the puppy mills

We know you can’t be here to save with us dogs hit by cars, alone agonizing or to fix broken bones, heal the pain, cure and enjoy seeing them back healthy and happy.
But we know you wished to be. But homeless animals are not the only ones who suffer. In many countries where homeless animals number is a problem, the shelters are overcrowded, animals are euthanized, overlooked, left to die, hungry, stressed and abused. And if you think you heard enough, there are also human-made situations to which animals are exposed – wars like the one in Ukraine where many animals are victims too (loosing their families, ending up homeless after the house was destroyed by bombs, or getting injured by bullets, drones, etc) … and other human made situations in which animals are exploited for profit, like puppy mills.

Thanks to our individual rescuers we work with, ROLDA is able to reach a few puppy mills from where we are able to save dogs who otherwise would continue to be used to breed continuously and give birth to more and more puppies sold for profit. The marks on these dogs bodies are obvious traces of cruel exploitation. Their wounds or diseases are ignored if this does not prevent breeding process and when they get too sick, they are simply left to die.
We rescued dogs with huge tumors, in such a poor conditions which we didn’t thought it’s possible that they were still alive. Some of them are already treated and adopted into safe homes.

Basically, these dogs reborn and from far distance, you were part of this change which we create for animals who still have so much to give back to people who respect and care about them.
If you just could be around to see how grateful they look at you, for saving them from Hell, without making a sound (almost acting afraid not to upset somebody and be sent back) – without knowing how to react to a soft voice or a gentle hand touching them… The reality is that the animals from puppy mills are heartbreaking story and ROLDA Awareness Campaign is created to change that: because no animal heart should be broken.

They deserve so much more and also, can offer back to their human companions, so much!
Right in this minute, thousands of animals from tiny cages where they can barely move, live in own excrements, sometimes tied and forced to breed.
If it doesn’t stay in our power to avoid natural disasters which impact animals, we have no excuse to not react against puppy mills not because some get rich in this way, but because HOW they do it.

These are some of the dogs we saved from puppy mills and thanks to your support, this is just the beginning.
